Dr. Dresen and Staff:

Thank you for my upper and lower jaw implants. What a difference they make in my life!

As a child, I loved playing baseball with my brothers and pitching was my expertise. One day I was hit in the mouth by the ball at close range, by a very strong brother. The force of the ball knocked me to the ground. The next few years my teeth were loose and eventually they began to fall out. As a result, I had an upper denture at nineteen years of age. I was devastated.

All my life I have not been able to eat well and my smiles were anything but fun.

Eventually, I had to add a bottom brace and at night wear retainers on my upper and lower teeth because of severe TMJ problems. I also had constant ear, nose and throat infections.

A year and a half ago I had jaw surgery to repair my jaw and to start the process of having upper and lower jaw implants. After the completion of the lower jaw implants, I had only one ear, nose and throat infection and what a difference in my smile.

Now I also have upper jaw implants and I have a new perspective on life and I LOVE TO SMILE.

Dear Dr. Dresen and Staff:

There was a time that my teeth ached most every day. As a child I didn’t have adequate dental care. The dentist overfilled my teeth with amalgam. By the time I was 21 years old, I had several permanent teeth pulled.

Basically, my dental care was “patchwork”. My teeth not only ached but they were discolored and looked unhealthy.

Enter Dr. Dresen. Beginning in 1998, I had a complete “mouth makeover”. I have new bridges, crowns, veneers, basically a new smile. My teeth do not ache any longer. I’m not afraid to smile.

I’m writing this letter to promote Dr. Dresen because he doesn’t ever cut any corners. For example, I recently needed a crown on one of my overfilled teeth that was cracked. I came in for the crown fitting and the crown didn’t fit quite right. Dr. Dresen sent the crown back to the lab and refused to put a crown in my mouth that did not fit. This is the kind of care you will receive at Woodbury Prosthodontics.

Dear Dr. Dresen and Entire Staff:

I am taking this opportunity to thank all of you for the professionalism extended me as you accomplished your portion of my course of dental treatment. This treatment included, but was not limited to the fabrication of a maxillary prosthesis to fit over and mechanically attach to a milled bar. During this stressful time I was treated with the utmost courtesy and understanding by everyone I came into contact with. The knowledge and efficiency demonstrated by everyone made this experience much less stressful than it could have been.

I especially enjoyed the sense of humor exhibited by the entire staff. I was very apprehensive going into this surgical plan but all of you made me feel as comfortable as possible. If there are any individuals thinking of having work done along these same lines and may have questions or concerns that I could answer for them, I would be happy to do so.

I have the utmost respect for all of you and would recommend your office to anyone that may need work done in your area of expertise.
